Questions

What exactly do I get for $0.99?

One product, photographed three ways — three finished 1080×1080 photos, ready for a listing, a shop page or Instagram. You pick the ones you like. There is no subscription and nothing expires.

Will my label and packaging text survive?

Yes, and this is the part we would rather be judged on. Your product is cut out of your photo and placed into the new scene unchanged — the same pixels, never redrawn from a description. That means your logo, your ingredient list, your batch number and your barcode come through exactly as photographed, because nothing regenerated them. Only the surface behind and the light around it are new.

Why does that matter more than it sounds?

Most AI product photography re-renders the whole frame, and a model asked to redraw a label will produce something that looks like text without being your text. For food that is a cosmetic problem. For a regulated ingredient panel, a size, or a registered mark it is a legal one. We avoided it by never redrawing the product at all.

Do I need a good camera?

No. A phone against a plain wall or table is what these were built for. What helps most is not an expensive camera but a plain background, the whole product in frame, and reasonable focus.

What kind of photo does not work?

Photos where the product is hard to separate from what is behind it — a busy patterned surface is the usual culprit. Products cut off by the edge of the frame, screenshots, catalogue pages and pictures carrying someone else's watermark are refused. If we refuse a photo you are not charged.

Can I get a pure white Amazon-style background?

Not yet, deliberately. The preset is built and passes its white-border check, but a plain white field is where a cut-out edge shows most, and there is no contact shadow under the product yet — technically correct and still visibly pasted. We would rather ship the lifestyle sets that look right than a marketplace shot that does not.

What if I do not like the results?

You keep the products you have not used. If a shoot fails or we cannot deliver everything we promised, they are returned to your balance automatically — you do not have to ask.

Can I control the styling?

Yes. Pick up to three sets from the gallery — you see the actual background, not a description of it — and each becomes a photo. You can also list anything you want kept out, like flowers, foliage or other products; those exclusions decide which sets are even considered, so they are honoured rather than merely requested.

Who owns the photos?

You do. They are yours to use on your listings, your shop and your social accounts. We do not resell them or use your product photos to advertise to anyone else.

How long does it take?

Around a minute per product. A thirty-item catalogue is an afternoon of photographing and a coffee's wait.
