What exactly do I get for $0.99?
Two files of one item: a 1600×1600 JPEG on a pure white background, and a 2000×2000 PNG with a transparent background. One price, both files, no subscription and nothing expires.
Will it pass Amazon's white background requirement?
That is what the white file is built for. Every one is checked before delivery: we measure the border and refuse to ship anything that is not pure white to the edge. A rejected listing costs you far more than this does, so a file that fails the check is discarded rather than sent.
Is my product redrawn or regenerated?
No. Nothing here generates an image at all. Your item is cut out of your own photograph and placed on white, or on nothing. Printed text, logos, ingredient panels, serial numbers and finish come through exactly as photographed, because no model ever draws them.
What is the transparent PNG for?
Anything with its own background: a coloured banner, a lifestyle scene, a catalogue layout, a slide. You composite it yourself and choose what sits behind it, which is why we do not add a shadow — a baked-in shadow is wrong on every background except the one it was made for.
What kind of photo does not work?
The background is what we remove, so it has to be separable. A dark item on a dark surface, a busy patterned cloth, or anything touching the edge of the frame will not cut cleanly. A plain wall or a sheet of paper behind the item is the whole trick. If we refuse a photo you are not charged.
How is this cheaper than the AI photo tools?
Because it does less, on purpose. A white background is white — it does not need a model to imagine one. We only pay for the cut-out itself, and that is why this costs the same as a full photoshoot tool while doing a much narrower job faster.
What if I do not like the results?
You keep the items you have not used. If a job fails or we cannot deliver everything promised, they are returned to your balance automatically.
Who owns the files?
